The ZFT1M-1.0 is a well-matched, mmWave 50Ω termination, now available with both Male and Female connector options enabling operation from DC to 110 GHz. Passive GaAs MMIC technology allows for production of smaller constructions that replace larger form factor circuit board constructions. The termination is suitable for use with ZTS family of mmWave components.
