Founded in 2006, ZTS Technologies Co., Ltd. is a specialized manufacturer of RF, microwave, and millimeter-wave components. With its headquarters in Shenzhen and manufacturing facilities in Shanghai and Chengdu, China, ZTS serves customers across China and around the world.

Our product portfolio includes attenuators and terminations up to 110 GHz, power dividers and directional couplers up to 67 GHz, isolators, circulators and filters up to 50 GHz, as well as DC blocks and coaxial detectors up to 67GHz. In 2019, we expanded our offering with high-performance cable assemblies covering frequencies from 6 GHz to 110 GHz, providing customers with excellent value, reliable quality, and short lead times.

Thanks to their proven performance and competitive pricing, ZTS microwave components have been widely accepted by customers worldwide. Through our distribution network and local partners, our products have been used in projects and applications involving leading telecommunications, aerospace, defense, and test & measurement organizations around the world.

In July 2019, ZTS acquired part of Qualink Microwave, a Chengdu-based company established in 2010 by a team of experienced RF and microwave engineers. This acquisition further strengthened our capabilities in microwave and millimeter-wave devices, modules, and subsystems, including frequency sources, amplifiers, digital attenuators, switches, phase shifters, mixers, limiters, equalizers, isolators/circulators, frequency multipliers/dividers, and vector modulators.
